Download the required shelf firmware from below mentioned link.
http://mysupport.netapp.com/NOW/download/tools/diskshelf/
download file will be like IOM3.0181.SFW
copy this file into /etc/shelf_fw foler via FTP or sftp
Run the below command after copy that file.
storage download shelf
After few minute you can see the updated firmware version by using below command
sysconfig -a
like below
Shelf 20: IOM3 Firmware rev. IOM3 A: 0181 IOM3 B: 0181
Shelf 21: IOM3 Firmware rev. IOM3 A: 0181 IOM3 B: 0181
Shelf 22: IOM6 Firmware rev. IOM6 A: 0151 IOM6 B: 0151
