USB device not getting install

USB device not getting install or not able to activate USB Port

follow the mentioned below instruction :

1. Provide the everyone full rights on below files:
C:\windows\inf\usbstor.pnf
C:\windows\inf\usbstor.inf
C:\windows\system32\drivers\usbstor.sys

2. Provide the everyone full rights on shown registry value :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\usbstor
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\usbstor\Security




USB device will work fine after these changes..
